    	This is a form letter that should be sent out by all "concerned"
    	Sportsmen and Sportswomen. There is a bill in Washington submitted
    	to put a stop to ALL hunting and camping and other recreational 
    	uses in National Parks & Refuges. 
    
    		The letter follows the Form Feed... Deadline for
    	this letter is 30-May-1989.

    	Dear Sir,
    
    		As a concerned American Citizen and sportsman, I wish
    	to endorse the W.L.F.A.'s (Wildlife Foundation of America)
    	position on the draft E.I.S. and voice strong support for
    	Alternative "A" in the draft E.I.S. for managing our National
    	Wildlife Refuges. I believe it contains provisions that will
    	guarantee the survival and propagation of game and non-game
    	populations on the refuges. While doing this Alternative "A"
    	allows for reasonable economic and recreational use that is
    	compatable with the objectives for which the refuge system
    	was created. It allows for harvesting of surplus wildlife by
    	sportsmen and non-consumptive use by bird watchers, hikers,
    	campers, etc.
    
    		I believe Alternative "A" is a common sense approach
    	to sharing our natural resources so that all Americans 
    	can benefit.
    
    		I strongly urge the adoption of Alternative "A" for
    	the management of the National Wildlife Refuge System.

    What is "Alternative A"?  It sounds like it sets up guidelines for
    hunting and non-hunting activity on the parks and refuges but I'm
    not sure.  Would it be too much to ask for you to type it in.  I
    would be willing to send the letter, but would like to read the text
    for myself.
