90.3Sporting Clays in New Ipswich, NHCURIE::WOLCOTTTue Dec 01 1987 13:138
    At home, I have the name and phone number for the Sporting Clay Club in New
    Ipswich, New Hampshire. With hope, I'll remember to bring in the
    cards tomorrow, and I'll contact you again with the info. I went
    through the course a few weeks ago; it's a lot of fun! If I remember
    correctly, the owner and couple other men are professional shooting
    instructors and are very helpful with pointers and such.

90.5SKAT article in Nashua Paper.CHRLIE::HUSTONMon Oct 08 1990 14:4716

    SKAT had a good article in Sunday's Nashua Telegraph, it gave alittle
    history of the place (something about named after the old farm that
    was there with skinny cats ) and a small amount of background on
    sporting clays.

    From the article, SKAT has the sporting clay layout, trap, skeet and
    a hunting area where you can hunt raised birds. They require a dog as
    to cut down on lost birds, and you must use steel shot to keep from
    putting lead all over the place. From memory, birds that are there
    are quail, pheasant, partridge ( I think they mention chukar?)

    Gonna have to check this place out.
