O.K. you guys. I've determined that my "winter project" this year
is going to be to build a duck boat (no, it's not a variation
of the swan boats seen on Boston Common). What do you guys think
the requiremnets are for a good boat for 86ing Donald and his buddies?
Below are some of the requirements that I've come up with.
1. Hold two men, dog, and gear
2. Minimum draft (6" or less)
3. Easily trailorable
4. Low profile
5. sea worthy and stable
6. easy to grass
7. semi inexpensive (ha ha ha ha ha!)
Any one out there got any good ideas on wha else I should be
considuring before I build this thing?

Jeff, My Buddy built a beautiful duck boat a couple of years ago
which will easily handle 2 guys/decoys/gear or 1 guy/dog/gear.
I have a copy of it here in my office, if you send me your mail
stop I'll be glad to make you a copy of the plans for you to take
a look at. We have had a lot of fun in his boat. so if you want
them give me a shout.

to talk with either Bob or Alec. Mention my name, if you wish.
They have an extensive catalog for the waterfowler and upland
hunter.
