| I'm not sure but i think that "fuel rebate" pertains to diesal fuel.It
had something to do with commercial vs pleasure use and the "feds"
adding a red dye to certain pumps in order to detect who was using what
and if taxes were being paid on it.

| I just got my check for $260.00 from NH yesterday. You file any time.
The form number is RT 122. Call the NH Dept. of Safety -DMV, Road Toll
Administration.
As for the feds, the gas must be used for business.
Don't know about Mass

| For mass I called Mass Dept of Revenue and they sent me the forms.
However in Mass for boats you must file within 6 months of the purchase
or you don't get the refund.

| re -1 My understanding is that any gas no matter where you purchased
it is subject to the rebate. Just keep those reciepts...
