| Tatasit (spelling) is one of the locations that you can rent on
quinsig. Not sure how much they are charging. I think I saw
a rental sign posted last week when I was on the lake. Earlier
in the year they were putting ads on car windshields. I will check
in my truck to see if I saved it.

| Webster Lake has plenty of slips available, one would be Action Marine,
I believe they were over $700.00 for the summer. Also available are
slips at Treasure Island condos/townhouses. A lot of the condos have
not been sold and they have plenty of slips. Those that have been sold
(condos) have two boat slips deeded to them, so most people only have
one boat an rent the other.

| The people who own Tatassit beach just filed for Chapter 11. At the
beginning of the season, they wanted $500 a season, but were willing
to deal. I'll bet they're even more willing now!
On the other side of lake Quinsig, there's Roy's marina. We have a
19'er, and we figured it would cost us around $600 a season there.
He won't barter on the price.

| the town of Shrewsbury may also claim the property for back taxes.

| The Action marine people charge by the season apr 1 to oct. and the
cost is $895.00 for the season they are getting full so you maybe to
late but they might pro rate the seasonal rate since its so late in the
season.I'am in one of their slips and if you want i will check or call
508-949-1700 8-5 week days and 10 -4 weekends.
