Ditto. I used a hair drier to help remove some decals on my
boat. It wasn't easy but it did help. Any adhesive residue can be
removed with either Acetone or lacquer thinner.

| Use anything but M.E.K.(Methyl Ethyl Keytone) it is used as a solvent
with polyester resin.
I have used a single edge razor many times with exellent results.
Then remove the adhesive with minerial sprites. If needed wet sand
with 600 grit crocus cloth for that "just like new" look.
Then buff with automotive rubbing compound and wax.
