Yoga Fitness/Stress Reduction Classes
=====================================
Yoga classes are a powerful stimulus for beginning or maintaining
a good health program - not only for physical health but for your
general well-being. The practice of yoga teaches you how to stay
centered and calm even in the most stressful times, and how to
conserve and increase your vital energy.
Some of the benefits of yoga include increased:
+ Flexibiliy
+ Strength
+ Vitality
+ Calmness
+ Circulation
+ Alertness and mental clarity
+ Physical and mental balance
+ Physical, mental, and emotional health
Yoga has been termed "the exercise of the 90s." It is low impact
and yet excellent for the heart and circulation. It is more than
a physical exercise: it increases self-awareness and respect for
all aspects of our being -- many of which are easily forgotten in
the pressures and busy-ness of the day.
Some people hesitate to try yoga because they are not flexible.
Flexibility is not a prerequisite for yoga -- it is an outcome.
Yoga is beneficial to all, no matter what your shape, size, or age.
Classes are ongoing. Join anytime.
Scedule and fees follow. For more information, contact me (Phil)
at TNPUBS::MILGROM ([email protected]) or DTN 226-7388.
