I don't know why they skipped "O".
I would never skip the big "O" :)))

| They've skipped loads of letters in the past. Not sure why.

| They skip the letters if they look too much like numbers ( e.g O looks
like 0 from a distance ) or if they are hard to distinguish.

Lola,
One thing I was surprised to learn is that over in England, the license
plate GOES WITH the CAR. This is different than in the US where the
license plate usually goes WITH THE PERSON. I mean what would we
Americans do if we couldn't take our vanity plates with us from car to
car??? :^)

That's interesting /jen. I hope they're better with their records than our DMV
is, or alot of people could be getting tickets for offenses they didn't commit!!
