    Hi Guys!...
    I need some information directed to UK people, no offense others
    please, its just a UK thing!. 8-}.
    
    I am going to rent out my flat.. Okay!
    What I need to know is, I want to get the DHSS i, as they pay good
    money to the landlord.
    
    So the I need to know . Do I just advertise that DHSS people are
    welcome, and they respond and they tell the Social, or do I contact
    the Social inform them I have accomadation to rent, and if so who!.

    You advertise, stating that DHSS are welcome, then they will come round
    to view, and if they like it, you will be asked to sign a form, which
    the interested party then sends back to the DHSS, they will then assess
    the rent to say if it is fair or not and if it is then they will pay it
    on a two-weekly basis to ya..
    
    I know, cos I looked at a similar thing some while ago, but I aint
    entitled to DHSS, (Thank god!)
    
    
    So, I reckon you should get someone in ya flat fiarly quickly!!

    Thats for you and the tenant to decide, if theres a fone in there,
    they normally pay for it, and also the gas and electricity, when we
    rented a house, we also had to pay for the Council tax, but you'll
    probably find that if they are having their rent paid for them, then
    their council tax will be paid for them too...

    I went to my Lawyer who is drawing up a conditions of lease, and
    I will just need to advertise after that, he is taking �50 for his
    services and that's the lot.
