I'm just opening my afternoon mail, and laughed when I came across a
flyer for a course. The course is called "How to Handle Difficult
    People"

The definitions made me laugh as I know at least one of each of these
types....they appear in the following notes.

What definitions have you heard to describe people?

Back in the old days here at LKG, we had a monthly video showing for this
sort of thing. We did a series of 4(?) of those John Cleese videos. I sat thru
two of them. Yes, they were funny, and one thing that made them funny was the
British humor!
Today nobody here has time to set up this sort of thing, and nobody has time
to attend.
