    Dianne, you mention juryduty! Does this mean you 'have' to go to court
    and be a member of a case? Or do I totally misunderstnad this here?
    We don't have it here in the Netherlands and I would like to understand

    	You can be picked to become a member of a Jury at any time. They
    send you a little card in the mail that says you need to show up at
    such and such a date to be "interviewed" for the jury. Then they (the
    court) decides who is going to be on the jury. If you make it this
    far, then you have to sit through a trial and reach a verdict (or a
    hung jury if you all can't agree) with the other jury members. You are
    allowed time off from work (with pay) for this.....

    lasted right to the last 15 people, but I was very pregnant at the
    time, it was very hot in the courtroom, and I passed out. :*)  They let

Ok. The only time preference I got was noon so that will be the time. I'll
call later this afternoon and make the reservations in my name (sounds like
wreath) from DEC for 12 noon and leave it open ended for those that want to
skip the rest of the work day. There will probably be a stop at Kimball's
amongst the festivities. Sounds like there's going to be a signup sheet for
backrubs 8^) Idontmind |^)

Well... I called and there's one more bit I didn't ask beforehand... Do we
want smoking or non-smoking? Non-smoking is no problem but they might have a
problem with 6-8 in smoking. Is non-smoking ok with everyone?
