    Since we are approaching the fatal 19-MAY-1997, the day when the 
    (in)famous so-called "10K days time limit" problem will make troubles
    to almost all VMS users (see VAXAXP::VMSNOTES, topic 238 for the whole
    story), I'd like to inform everybody either directly using or supporting 
    customers which use B* Open on VMS (both VAX and Alpha) that B* Open
    is affected by said problem.
    
    Hence, if not already done, please install and tell your customers to
    install asap the proper patch (VAXLIBR06_070 for VAX, ALPLIBR05_070
    for Alpha).
