Hello,
I am trying to access an Oracle 7 database table with the
add in Data Form Designer. I can connect to the database
with SQLPLUS and I can access the data in the tables.
when I try to use the data form designer tool I cannot see
the tables at all, I can see the oracle sample tables and
can creat forms based on these but the tables I have created
don't show up as options in the record source listing.
Have any of you done this type of table form createtion.
I have several hundred tables which I will run through the
application and I would rather use a program to create these
forms than do each one by hand.

| simple answer, I had to create a view and select it in the form
designer
