I am coming over to Florida in August from the UK for a holiday . I heard 
that a Shuttle Launch is planned for August, as this would be a chance in 
a life-time to watch it what I need to know is the expected Launch date - 
Does anyone know or know how I could find out?

Also any advice as the best place to go for a good view?

	There is a shuttle launch planned for 12 August 1992. This is STS 47
	Endeavour with SPACELAB Japan.

	Mr. Moderator

	   Could we make this note the holder of launch info for people who
	ask. And also include a reply with best viewing sites. I know that this
	info is in the note conference but not easy to find. Perhaps a change
	in the title to Future Shuttle Launches, and letting people know as
	they enter the conference to refer to this note. I certainly would be
	willing to keep the info up to date, based on the launch manifests.

Susan,

It would be great if you could do that! I did a dir /title=shuttle and note 6.0
is about shuttle watching and I would like to keep the list there (close to the
start of the conference, easier to remember). There is also some info on getting
passes etc. in that note. It would be great if you could keep a short list 
and keep it current, ie out of date schedules would be deleted. I'll add a note
to point to any additional info on sites, travel etc. that I find in the course
of reworking the keywords.

Howsat sound? If it's ok with you, then I'll change the conference login to
point to the note.
