    Hi Steve!

Welcome to notes. I would like to offer my opinion, if I may.
It sounds like you are involved in an interesting project.

In your note you mentioned two projects that have been/will continue
to be, successful and thus would not be good candidates for your
report. I disagree with this. If you report on *only* the projects
that show a poor relationship then the report will 'state' that
NASA and the Space Scientists have a poor relationship only, and
this is not true. Likewise, if you only report on the 'good' points,
the final product will also be untrue.

Unless I missed the purpose of the report, I feel that you should
report on the whole relationship; some good, some poor. I can't
count the number of times I have read a report talking about how
bad and wastefull the space program is. And problem is ALL of the
data collected for such a report is factual and can not be contested.
The trick is that the author simple concentrated on one aspect
and ignored any balance to the report. Many readers of this conference
complain about such tactics; we shouldn't be guilty of perpetrating
    the same.

just my thoughts on the subject.
