    The Progess-31 cargo ship lauch on Tuesday 4 aug seems to  have
    a telemetry signal on 165.850 MHz maybe  PPAM but with lots
    of FMing it can be received on both AM and FM.   KVANT astrophysical
    modules is on 166.125 MHz and it is possible that the KVANT has
    added extra channels to it data freq and is taking up the band 
    downto 165.850 but I dont think so as I got different LOS for
    the 166.125 and the 165.850 suggesting different power levels
    and or ants
                                            
    With the arrival of Progess-31, I would assume that after docking
    the MIR complex would incress its orbit
