The morning news (NBC) made a number of references to Discovery's being powered up today. They made mention that this was the first time since 51L that a shuttle's electrical system was totally powered up. They also said something about some post 51L changes being tested. Does anyone have any more specific info? Is Discovery being powered via external sources or from her fuel cells? What special testing is being performed? Thanks
