There is supposed to be a NASA conference today to discuss the "new
and improved" SRB joint design. The joint has three o-rings and
some sort of "girdle" around the joint to reduce joint rotation.
CNN will be carrying the press conference live, but they didn't
say what time it would be. I'll try to check with the NASA press
folks and post the time when I get out of this boring VMS class.
