Thanks for that info. Looks like we'll be spending lots of
time in the near future reading all these reports.

As I mentioned elsewhere, the report should also be available in
any of the GPO bookstores (there are about 20 across the country)
and I'm told that it's much quicker to get them that way than to
    order from GPO.

184.6They're all gone, for now...TLE::JOYCEGlenn JoyceTue Jun 24 1986 11:4211
A friend of mine stopped by the GPO in Boston and picked up the
last copy of the Roger's Commission report that they had in stock.
He said that the clerk at the store said it would be 2 weeks until
they were re-stocked and that they were willing to take phone
reservations to hold copies when their new shipment arrives.

As and aside, he said that the report was extremely informative,
well written, and well worth the $18.

Just to a cheer anybody up who hasn't ordered one, once they're
in, the turn around time on phone orders is very good. I ordered
one on Thursday morning and it was in Saturday's mail. How's that
    for service!

I haven't gotten through much yet, but it looks very interesting.
There are some photos that I hadn't seen, like the set from side
opposite the orbiter while still on the pad.

    Well, back to the reading...

    Klaes.

P.s. I hope there aren't any more commission reports due out soon,
the wallet's a bit empty after two in a short time.

Does anyone have a clean copy of page 62? My copy has a bad edge
that makes the page partially unreadable. I just received my Roger's
Commision Report, having ordered the same day .0 was posted.

If you have a clean copy of that page, could you please photocopy
    and send to MRO2-4/E33?

    						Thanks,
    						-Dave
184.9They ship faster than that!GALLO::DZIEDZICMon Jun 30 1986 15:214
Just for everyone's reference, the turn-around time for ordering
a copy of the report is getting to be about 3 days if you order
via telephone and charge to your Visa/Mastercard.

184.10New phone number for the Boston GPO bookstoreTLE::JOYCEGlenn JoyceThu Sep 04 1986 16:205

I hadn't gotten around to ordering one yet (I'm a very bad
procrastinator), but it so happens that I was wandering
around Atlanta last weekend an came across the GPO bookstore
there, so I bought a copy of the report. Haven't done more
than just give it a cursory glance, but it does seem quite
    informative.
