I am enrolled in a marketing communications course as a graduate student
at Boston University.  This week's assignment examines the rapid spread of
bad news.  The recent shuttle disaster provides the case study.  I am
conducting an informal survey over the network (sorry if you've run into
this on some other notefile) to prepare my paper.
