Now that I've typed that in, anyone know why there are no scheduled flights for
Discovery? Is it having modifications done to it, or is it assigned to DOD, or
what? It seems that we have yet to have all four ships in active use at one
time.

116.0 answers my question. It seems that Discovery is assigned to DOD missions
out of Vandenburg for the year. So, will they replace the NASA logo with Air
Force or whatever?
