    Anyone seen this one?
    
    VAX 7000 console version 4.2 when doing a XMI test from the console
    get a "FXB0 unsolicited packet received opcode f009 duplicate token
    received" or something like that I am not familiar with the test
    commands.
    The system has 4 DEMFA's the one in question fxb0 is at firmware rev 2.0
    the others are at V2.1.
    
    The system has crashed with what is believed to be XMI or an adapter
    error which has not been tracked down yet.
    
    I would like to know if this is a known issue. When the system is up
    all looks OK from the FDDI side. System was V6.1 and upgraded to V6.2
    I know there is a crash fix in VAXPHV02_062 when DEMFA is unplugged
    from GIGAswitch.
