    				Hi !
    
    Does somebody know which version of the driver for DEFPA under
    OpenVMS fixes the problem described in topic #1687 ?
    
    (A DEFPA full configured in Dual Attachment reports as SAS type,
     instead of DAS , when issuing NCL>show fddi station * all type).
    
    This note was answered by Dick Stockdale :
    > Its a bug in the driver code that decodes the status from the device.
    > We will fix no later than V7.1 (summer '96).
    
    Now that VMS 7.1 is available , I'm still unable to find anything
    related to this problem (I had a look at Release notes for VMS
    and DECNET PLUS without success) .

V7.1.

We normally don't write release notes to describe every
bug fix.

    My customer would like to know if a fix for vms 6.2 is available .
    Would you please tell me if a kit of fixes for fddi drivers
    does exist for vms 6.2 , and , if so , does it include a fix
    for the DEFPA driver "sas problem" ?
