Red Flag goes up!
Usually when I get RFP's with obvious errors in requirements (like your
requirements for FDDI-II), it usually means it was written by someone
that reads too much, and that really doesn't know what they are doing.
Hence, they are the worst RFP's to repond to, and even more difficult
to win due to poor evaluation by the same person.
