I need the part number for the DEFTA-?? which has the PDQ chip
with the part number of 21-34812-04 to correct a customer issue.
If anyone has this info, or can point me in a direction, I would
greatly appreciate it !

contain the 21-34812-04 PDQ chip. The board level part is 54-22463-01,
-02, or -03, revision B.
