I'm not familiar with any "Citrix Certification Program for FDDI NICs"
so it's a safe bet that we're not certified.
However...we do support both OS/2 and Windows NT, so there's likely no
reason for us NOT to work on these boxes. You may want to suggest to
your customer that they contact Citrix and ask them whether they've
done any testing with Digital's EISA or PCI FDDI NICs. Our FDDI PCI
NIC (DEFPA) is the industry leader in that space so if they've done any
FDDI NIC testing/integration work, it's likely been with our NICs.

2029.2 | Will follow up with Citrix | SNOFS1::KHOOJEANNIE | Poles are the best post-impressionists | Fri May 03 1996 04:07 | 11 |
| Larry, thanks for your quick reply.
Apparently Citrix had previously advised the customer that they had
certified the Madge, Syskon and 3Com FDDI NICs.
I have advised the customer to contact Citrix directly to find out
whether Citrix has done any testing with the Digital cards.

I bet you anything that the above "certified" cards are EISA-based.
Definitely suggest to the customer that they follow up with CITRIX on
our industry leading and award winning (best 100Mbps or better NIC at
Interop 95!) FDDI PCI adapter. Our FDDI EISA adapter family is also
better than the three companies listed since we support SAS and DAS
adapters on both copper (UTP) and fiber.
