    IS there an NDIS3 driver for the DEFPA-UA? Is there a better conference
    to ask this in?

    Yes, there's an NDIS 3 driver for DEFPA, but only for Windows 95 and
    Windows NT.  Microsoft has two different driver specifications under
    "NDIS 3".  We support the NDIS 3 "miniport" driver specification which
    is supported under Windows 95 and Windows NT.
    
    For WFW, you'll need to use the DEFPA NDIS 2.01 or DOS ODI client
    drivers.  There are no plans to write a NDIS 3 monolithic driver for
    WFW for DEFPA or DEFEA.
