There is a customer requirement with the following wishes:
Q1: I'd like to know whether it is legal  or not.

Q2: If I know exactly this fonfiguration with Concentrator at place of first 	
switch is valid.
Q3: Can I use the A port of second switch for dual-homeing?

    This won't work the way you've described it.  You'll need to
    reconfigure the A-B ports of the EF's to S-M to get it to work.
