    Would I be asking in the right place for the following informtation? 
    If so, I would appreciate any efforts toward resolving this question:
    
    A customer is asking for the "station management service level" for the
    defpa-da (firmware rev. 2.46), based on the FDDI standard.  If it
    matters, they are running Digital UNIX 3.2c.

    If netstat displays the SNMP MIB information, then there's a MIB object
    that will tell you.  Trust me, however.  We did the first customer ship
    of DEFPA in Jan. 1995.  The firmware version it shipped with (v2.46) is
    at SMT 7.3.
