Can some one tell me where to get the FXSYM.STB file, so I can examine the HW/FW revision at the SDA prompt. Thanks Sunny

Is this VAX or Alpha? For Alpha, just do ANA/SYS and SHOW LAN/DEV=FXA to see the hardware version. Or in V6.2 or later, do MC LANCP SHOW DEV/REVISION (with PHY_IO priv turned on). On VAX, just ANA/SYS and SHOW LAN and then E FXA+814 to see something like 00200823 which is rev 2.0 and the device ID of 823. If you don't see the 823 just look nearby, the offsets haven't changed much (if any) over the years. - Dick |
