 Changes from V2.41 to V2.42
 ---------------------------
 
 o Updated all drivers to address PCI bus mastering issue
    
        - Some PCI systems (eg. Dell Optiplex and COMPAQ Prosignia) do
          not enable PCI bus mastering bit when initializing PCI adapters.
          DEFPA drivers now quietly set this bit if it isn't set by the
          system.  Read A:\CONFIG\README.TXT file for more configuration
          hints.
    
 o Updated NDIS2 DOS and OS/2 drivers (v2.14)
    
        - IRQ's on primary PIC (0-8) are now supported.
	- Fixes a problem with OS/2 2.11 and Warp.
        - Added installation (.NIF) files for DEFPA when installing
          under IBM network operating system.

 o Updated Windows NT 3.5 drivers (v1.57)
        
        - Windows NT 3.51 drivers are included on CD.  This kit only
          includes Windows NT 3.5 Intel and Alpha drivers.
        - Updated installation to support multiple PCI bus systems
    	  (eg. DECpc Prioris HX).  Read A:\WINNT\README.TXT file before
          installing.
    
 o Updated Novell NetWare Server driver (v2.26)
    
        - Added important release note on NetWare 4.10 bug that affects
          DEFPA.LAN installations.  See A:\RELEASE.NOT for more info.
        - Driver now attempts adapter reset on adapter failure.  Only
          if reset fails does driver take adapter off-line.  This is
          to provide more fault tolerance/recovery.
	- Fixed problem in which system could lockup
        - Updated MSM and TSM files to v2.50.
    
 o New NetWare SNMP co-agent software
    
        - An NLM is now included for remote SNMP management of the
          adapter in the NetWare 3.1X and 4.X server environments.
          See A:\NOVELL\SNMP\README.TXT for more info.
    
 o New Windows 95 driver
    
        - 32-bit NDIS 3.0 miniport driver for Windows 95 is included.
          See A:\RELEASE.NOT for important release/limitation information
          on using this driver.

V2.90 changes since V2.80
-------------------------

1. Windows 95 .INF file for NDIS 3 driver (DEFDDI.INF) has been updated with
better optional parameter support.

2. Windows NT .INF file for NDIS 3 and NDIS 4 drivers (OEMSETNT.INF) has been
updated to support unattended installations and Windows NT 3.51 and 4.0
installations.  NOTE: Windows NT 3.5 is no longer supported.

3. Windows for Workgroups .INF file for NDIS 2 driver (OEMSETUP.INF) has been
updated to reflect NDIS 2 driver update.

4. Updated NDIS 2 DOS and OS/2 drivers are now smaller and support up to four
controllers and LLC frame promiscuous mode.

5. Updated NetWare SFT III 3.1X and 4.1X Mirrored Server Link (MSL) drivers are
now smaller and address MSL sync up problems.

6. Novell NetWare Server NBI and MSM modules have been updated to latest
revisions available in Novell LANDR9.EXE patch kit.

7. New SCO MDI FDDI driver has been added for supporting SCO OpenServer 5.0.2
installations.  Please read \SCO\README.TXT for installation instructions and
restrictions.

8. New NDIS 4 drivers for Windows NT 4.0 Intel and Alpha.  Support included for
new NICWORKS/FDDI management application.

and must be run with latest Windows NT 4.0 drivers.  NOTE: DEFEA and DEFPA
drivers that ship on the Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 CD are NOT compatible with
NICWORKS/FDDI 1.1.  See \NICWORKS\RELEASE.NOT for more information.
