| So would I!
I get the same problem at a customer site, at frequent intervals.
This is interfering with acceptance tests we are currently running.
The error messages are the same.
The configuration is:
3 x Sables with DEFEA
1 x DECconcentrator 900
all plugged into the customer's FDDI ring.
The error always occurs on the same system, even when swapping boards
with the other systems.
Thanks for your help!

Can you make sure that the DEFEA's are running the latest firmware
(v2.46)? There's an Intel-based kit for upgrading the firmware in
KALI::PCDRIVERS:[DEFEA.RELEASE]FEFW240.ZIP. I'd also verify that the
latest drivers are in use. For Windows NT on Alpha, that would be
v1.57.
