Customer would like to know EXACTLY what the

ANSI MAC frames lost count indicates when he does a netstat -s -I
    mfa0.

Is there documentation that describes each counter for the fddi?

    thanks

The documentation is in different places, depending on which MIB it
is from, and whether it is being called by its SNMP name (when
using SNMP or hubwatch) or, by its FDDI name (when using FDDI
NIF and SIF frames and the SMT MIB).

As for Lost Count - it is a count of the frames received which did not
end with the an allowed symbol (either a T or an I symbol) Usually this
indicates that a frame was truncated by a repeat filter, before the FCS
    was received.
