Try copying the .zip file from:
Directory NETCAD::PCDRIVERS:[000000.DEFPA.RELEASE]
00INDEX.TXT;1 FPKIT240.ZIP;1
Total of 2 files.
You will find Intel and Alpha versions for NT, I believe.
