Do we have a ODI OS/2 client driver for the EISA FDDI controller? If so, is there a pointer to the file.

No. Novell hasn't updated their OS/2 ODI client spec in over two years and hasn't added FDDI support. The reason for the lack of interest on their part is because they're moving to a 32-bit client strategy where the 32-bit ODI server driver will run under NetWare 3/4 as well as DOS, OS/2, and Windows NT (just to name a few). No idea when the 32-bit OS/2 client will become available but expect our 32-bit ODI server driver to support it. - Larry | |||||

Howdy, Well Novell has seen the light and we are currently working closely with them on developing FDDI suppport for their OS/2 ODI requester driver development kit. My hope is to have a field test ready version of driver for the DEFEA available in about 1 month... -Don Adapters Products Group Novell Driver Team |
