Hi there !
When i read out a DEFMA (V2.0) with:
$ANA/SYS
SDA>SHO LAN/Full
or DECBridges 620 (V1.3F) and CHIPCOM FDDI-HUB's 5017 via SNMP
I get the value of "Negotiated TRT" = 99840
But I meassured the TTRT with the Wandel&Goltermann DA30 Analyser
and the value for NegTRT was = 7.9872 ms (which is DEC default)
99840(?)/79872ms = 1.25 --> are this Controller Ticks ?
or a 4B/5B encoding/decoding Problem?
or just a Bug in the Display?
Thanks for any help

That's correct. The MIB reports timers such as T_Neg in units of 80 ns. That's what the standard requires. Blame them... paul | |||||
