The initial symption of customer's problem was reported in the form of a
CPUEXIT bugcheck. The FXA device reported fatal errors shortly before the
bugcheck was signaled. The DEMFA had been replaced prior to the bugcheck
on 24-MAR-1994.

2 others -- CPUEXIT, Shutdown requested by another CPU
What else will cause "Prev fatal error 00000009-HardwreErr" other than the
DEMFA device? Thank you in advance.

From what I have been able to determine from the errorlog, the DEMFA
was in the host processing task, thinking that it had a command to process
and the error occured because the command entry that it is pointing to
is not owned by the DEMFA so it reports an error and halts.
Can you get me a dump of the system when the error happens?
