    Hi...
    
      I am dealing with a person who had an old rev of the firmware.  We
    got him ndu and v2.0 of the firmware.  We do the downline load and
    get a devreqerr.  However, doing a download show dev fxa0, it shows
    the firmware being at 2.0.  What gives??  He swore that he had
    the console in update mode (on a 6000), and since it now shows
    as 2.0, I would tend to believe him.

	A DEVREQERR is a catchall error. It can be reported when the console switch is NOT in the update position but it can also be reported for other reasons. Is there any other error information available? Maureen

	Hi Maureen, This is all either the customer or myself have seen. I checked the error log--no errors. SHOW DEVICE FX shows no errors either. He supposedly had 1.3 before this attempt to upgrade, but the show dev shows v2.0??
