 As we knew the 6 port MIC module require V3.2 or highrt firmware for 
DECconcentrator500, we need to know how to check the current version.

1. fron NMS

Probably it has to set POLYCENTER ELM or DECelms, then I can investigate it 
with GUI, right ?

2. from OBM port

Will you please specify the operation procedure.

    	From a POLYCENTER ELM, just try :
    
    MCC> sho conc dc501 software version
    
    CONCENTRATOR LOCAL_NS:.dc501
    AT 18-FEB-1994 12:11:42 Characteristics
    
                           Software Version = "V3.3     "
    
    
    	From the OBM port, it must be in the show device char
    when you go through the menu.
