	I have a government RFP requestion Class Two and
	Class Three optical interfaces -

		can this requirement be met by any external
		add-on device or does it have to be built in ?

		if it has to be built in, what is the nature of
		the changes ?  Any estimate of the engineering
		cost  to add this to the DEFTA-FA/DA ??

	( I have specs from the customer as to required power
	levels if needed).
