We have a customer with a couple of DEC 3000 model 400s, and a
Turbochannel FDDI controller in each. Using DTSEND to loopback between
the two systems and watching th line with sniffers, the best they are
able to see is about 17Mb/sec.
What is throttling this link ?? DECnet, the card, the Alpha, etc ?

| Maybe dtsend. That's a protocol test tool, not a performance test tool.
