Digital MIBs can be accessed via ftp from gatekeeper.dec.com at
/pub/DEC/mib, as well as at the old /private/mib. The README file, which
gives more information on the MIBs, should be read before using them.
To get IETF standard MIBs you can go to either nic.ddn.mil in the
rfc directory for the latest, or gatekeeper (DECWRL:: for VMS folks)
at /pub/net/info/RFC. An index of all RFC's is in rfc-index.txt.
