    I'd like to point out a couple of minor issues with KITINSTAL
    files on FDDI products:
    
    The DEFCN031 kit can have problems running IVP since it makes use
    of the MOM$LOAD logical instead of the MOM$SYSTEM_SOFTID
                                                     _NOSOFTID etc.
    
    A customer had this problem since MOM$LOAD was not defined. Could
    future kits be written to catch all MOM logicals please?
    
    
    Also, there seems to be no standard for MAX and MIN VMS versions:
    
    DEFEB030:  VMS 5.3  - 5.4
    DEFBR012B: VMS 5.3  - 5.5-1
    DEFCN031:  VMS 5.4  - x
    
    Should new kits be issued as VMS increments or is it best to have 
    no MAX version as with the DEFCN031 kit?
