A customer has just finished an evaluation of the DC500 
and they had a couple of questions/problems:

1)with OOB only 2400 and 19200 are supported. Are other speeds
supported ?

2)the OOB port speed is not saved so that it reverts to 2400
anytime the unit is reset. Is there a way to save the speed ?

3)Is there a summary screen under OOB to find out the overall
status of the concentrator and all the ports ?

4)When they entered the "DISABLE PHY xx" command the entire unit
reset itself. Is this normal behavior ?

Any help with these questions would really be appreciated.

	For the unit to reset itself under any circumstances other than (a) you cycled the power, or (b) you issued a "reset yourself" command, is not normal. paul
