    Does the access control provided by the DECmcc ELM agent (Bridge Password)
    and the SNMP agent (Community name, Eauthreadwriteuseraddr,
    Eauthreadwriteusermask) on the DECbridge 620 interact in anyway? Or do
    they operate completely independant of each other?
