Can someone give me a rough idea of how to upgrade various FDDI options ie. decbridge 500 decserver 500 demfa pcb my site is experiencing 0.15% ecc errors on one of there bridges which in conparacen to the other bridge is about 10000 times worse and I thought in the long term it would be a good idea to keep the firmware up to date. thanks in advance Con McCarthy

You would use the Network Device Update (DECndu) utility and the image you want to program to upgrade DEC's FDDI bridges, concentrators, and controllers. There may be a pointer elsewhere in this conference on how to order DECndu and the latest firmware images. - Larry |
