    Recently, there was a Digital Technology Journal edition devoted
    entirely to FDDI.  Are the articles that were included inside it
    available over the network in either TXT or PS format?

	Most Digital Technical Journals are online in VTX type VTX DTJ to access. If I remember correctly, articles are available in both .TXT and .PS.
