I have an urgent need to find a responsible person. Before everyone responds,
I'd like this person to be able to give me information regarding RFC1285
conformance for the FC700. This information would be terrific if it came from
a product manager or included the appropriate product manager's name.
Specifically, RFC1285 defines the FDDI MIB.
We have a deal in hand for $28M (yes, that's correct) of DECstations and
DECsystems each connected with FDDI. RFC1285 is a requirement, and we have to
make it happen quickly.
This is most urgent. Please respond here or to SCOAST::stu.

| There is also a new version of the FDDI turbochannel adapter near completion.
It does implement RFC1285, and also supports transmit DMA (which the 700 does
not).
