I am installing some 620's, and have V1.1 of DECElms instlalled.  It doesn't 
recognize the 620.  Say's it's "unknown device type".

Is there a version of Elms, OTHER THAN DECMcc that will recognize/manage the
600 series bridges???

    DECelms cannot be used to manage DECbridges other than the DB500.  MSU
    and MCC will both support the 5XX/6XX series.
