    Hello,
    
    	My name is Richard Robak and I hve some questions abour
    DECconcentrator 500s.  My customer would like to purchase 
    concentrators but only has Sun Workstations with FDDI cards ( no
    DECbridge 500/600s, XMI, or Turbochannel devices ), and I would like to
    know:
    
    	1) Is V3.1 software out yet ( for SNMP sets )?
    	2) Will bootparams be a supported way to downline load upgrades?
    	3) What kind of sets and traps are available via SNMP ( a pointer
    		to the documentation would be most preferred )

	At NET U we were told that SNMP support in the concentrators (i.e. V3.1) would start shipping in early Feb. so it should be there now. You can try contacting Karen Leonard for more info.
